Try 310-469-9167 that's to Equator directly... they tell you about the program... not anything to do with your short sale.

Thanks Jeffrey, but I don't need to know about the program. I have 7 sales in their system, so I already know about it. There is a specific phone number for BofA reps who work only the REOTrans short sales. THAT is the phone number I am looking for~ :)

What I've always been told is that when you reach their SS Support to ask for an agent that has Equator access....only some of them do.

I was told to call 866-880-1232, ask for short sale support and work directly with them. They are claiming there are no 'separate' reps working the REOTrans/Equator accounts any longer.

Shelly, Try 800-846-2222 ask for Juan - he has access to Equator.
