I have 3 files open in Equator, once we agree to a counter it takes forever to her back from negotiatos, when I reach customer service they tell me that the negotiator is lagging and that the task is due for the negotiator and that they will escalate. Next thing I get everytime I escalate is a counter, loks like whenever I escalate the negotiator just counters to get the task done. Either taking away closing costs, reucing them, increasing purchase price. etc. 

Any advise?

Everybody works their pay plan!!! S/S processors and negotiators want to do the least amount of work for the most money. In this case, hourly employees with 100s of files to work have no incentive to process files. The fewer they work, the better they like it. Employees of large corporations learn how to work around the bureaucracy to make their jobs easier. So this guy/gal has learned that countering your offer gets his boss(s) off his back for a little while.
