Cedric. Check out the HAFA group on this site and pull up the HAFA guidelines. There are specific procedures that you must follow.

If there is an FCL showing, then it probably won't qualify for HAFA. If you have an offer and initiate the Short Sale in Equator, a HAFA checker now kicks in automatically. If you don't have an active short sale, there is no way to ask for a postponement.

FCL in BOAspeak means ForCLosure--like in Sales Date for some folk.
