Yes, you do. What I learned today for my one file that went to underwriting 9/22 (they say 14 day limit, shoot for 10 days), UTLS said that underwriting really means that it went back to BofA for underwriting, UTLS is done with most files at this point - but finish some after underwriting. Oh, and the rep said BofA has been taking 10 to 45 days to do the underwriting. -- Swell....

Does anyone have another number for UTLS besides 877-824-0976? I literally called all day long and i get a recording that says no agents are currently available and then it hangs up, no hold, nothing.
