Like Bryant, I just received a Bank of America Short Sale Approval here in Coral Springs that only took 8 months - my record for length of time. It probably would have taken a lot longer had I not tracked down the Chairmans office of BOA to get somebody to wake up and get this approved. That worked though in a matter of a few days I had a call, a newly assigned negotiator within the escalated short sale department who phoned me we hashed out the numbers and received a needed net; all doable.

The great thing here, would you believe, that there has been only one Buyer, yes, only one Buyer who has hung on. I needed a $685 Buyer contribution to get to the correct net number and the Buyer eagerly agreed. Music to everybody's ears.

So yes it took 8 months but the Seller sees my help as a" lifesaver" as he described, the Buyer gets the home that they've been waiting and waiting for and I've closed another short sale battle.
