AMO (formerly UTLS) files being transferred by June 15th !!!
AMO (formerly UTLS) files being transferred. I just spoke with B of A regarding one of my HORRIBLE files with AMO. The file was just transferred to DTS today. I asked if it was just a few files or all of them. The rep said that she just received a message and read it to me. It said that ALL of the files with AMO will be transitioned to new companies by June 15th.

I've had a couple with them that were not too bad....but I LOVE LOVE LOVE NDS now !!! 2 recent co-op short sales approved in 14 days! I just called DTS. They said that they received about 1,000 files from B of A and negotiators should be assigned by Monday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed ! Hopefully they will be on their best behavior and try to show B of A that they are capable of completing the tasks within the required timeframes.
