Request for second appraisal ..

OK Superstars ... I need your help .. This house has been listed for 162 days and I the first appraisal was done back in May. I'm not getting any acceptable offer at all .. I requested for another appraisal but the negotiator said no .. What can I do ? Does anyone have an e-mail to a manager so I can in contact with .. I must move quick because there an upcoming sale date a week from today ...

Neither one ... I did a loan search on fannie mae and freddie mac web-site ...
