I've called Sabdell and spoke with thier short sale department which seems to also be thier collection department?   In any case, I've searched sites and called the bank and no one can send a short sale package. Has any one dealt with this company/Bank?  What are thier requirements?  Where do I get the package?  Has anyone been able to speak with someone that can be helpful and knowledgeble?  The seller's mortgage began with Lydian bank, then Virtual Bank and now Sabadell. I need help. Please, if you have any experience with anyone of these banks mentioned, share it with me.  I can use your help on getting this short sale completed.
