Why can I not get a short sale package from Sabadell Bank? (West Palm and Miami)

- I’m a native New Yorker residing in Lighthouse Point for 15 years. I enjoyed my job as an International Sales representative for 9 years. It gave me the opportunity to travel throughout different parts of the United States meeting and greeting people from all over the world. I also cover 13 years of experience as a New York Legal Secretary which taught me personal accountability and the importance of preparation and filings in a timely manner. Several years later I relocated to Florida where I met my very own Dr. McDreamy and formed a beautiful family. Quickly thereafter I transitioned into The Broward School Board were I remained for 9 years and also had the privilege of organizing and raising money to help our Broward students through the Multicultural Fair. Now I’m a realtor with the global real estate franchise network known as Re/max and very excited to be a part of their organization. I hold three separate certifications and have extensive experience in short sales and negotiations for the past 6 years. My history has given me the tools that I needed to become the realtor with the perseverance and caring to help achieve the dreams of the seller/buyer. I love what I do and the satisfaction of a pleased customer makes me happy.
