Who sells homes in bundles

I have a buyer in the Chicago area that wants to buy homes in bundles. Can anyone tell me what banks are selling them. I have called many banks with no luck todate.

HUD, but the biggest problem is finding buyers with real cash.  You will waste time with "buyers" who "know a guy"
