Which companies BPO's turn into listings?

I am currently selling a BOA short sale. I have had several new companies contact me about working for them. Which companies BPO's lead to listings? I don't want to be a BPO agent, I want to be a selling agent.

Kathy, IAS used to be good one. USRES is one that I know of.
