I've got a file that is scheduled to close tomorrow. We have sent over the HUD1 and the closer has denied the property taxes from January 1, to August 3, 2012 and the seller's title insurance. Both charges have been on every HUD1 we have sent to them. The approval letter has the title charge on it but not the property taxes. I need a contact that can correct the approval letter so we can close. Anyone have any suggestions. The amount we are dealing with is almost $7,000.00.
