Wells Fargo looking to recover full amount on a 2nd line of credit

For the first time in 7 years I have Wells Fargo coming after one of my Sellers for the full amount. This is in GA and around 100k.

Anyone have any thoughts and has experienced this.

I have seen the same thing from Wells, in the cases that I saw, it was from a line of credit that was not used for the home, rather other items like motorcycles and boats.
