I have been waiting on a reply from Nationstar since 2-26-14.   I submitted offer, was countered and asked to update some info.   I updated all info.  Gave them what they asked for in the counter.  I waited the 5 days for a reply.   On 6th day I called escalation dept.  Was told they would email the negotiator.  I should hear something withing 48 hrs.  Today was the 3rd time I was told this same thing.  I tried to email the escalation form many times but the email will not go through.  I have asked for a formal escalation and I feel I am getting the run around.   According to them the formal escalation is when the escalation dept sends the negotiator and email.    Does anyone have any advise on how to get a formal escalation?

Thank you

Nationstar is extremely backed up right now. We have been advised on several occasions that they closed down a few departments in their Texas office and that negotiators are now overwhelmed. I am currently working several files with them and all of them are moving slower than normal. You need to call the short sale department, see if the representative can assist, and have a message sent to the negotiator. I would be having messages sent internally and through equator every 48 hours to the negotiator. I'd also leave voice mails and be reaching out to their supervisor. Once you ring the bell enough times, they will reach out to you. The nationstar escalation form doesn't really help too much in my opinion.

It worked. I basically called them on the 48th he each time. Yesterday was the third time. Today I received an approval. YAY. Over all the response time was good. All the stories were making me over concerned.
