I need some assistance with a Foreclosure Sale Date Postponement on a loan with Quicken.  Working on the file with the negotiator who says it's approved and I should have approval letter today, however wants me to close it by 11/7/13, next Thursday = Foreclosure Sale Date and they won't Postpone it, says her hands are tied.  This date was just set last week and we have not requested any postponements before I have a qualified buyer who must perform due diligence and we need more time to get it closed. It is a Fannie Mae backed loan and I have Escalated with them as well to assist me with FSD Postponement.  Any contacts at Quicken in the Foreclosure Department and/or Management would be greatly appreciated, I have spoken with the Trustee and they will postpone if Quicken instructs them to.my negotiator has been great, but appears I need to go to another department for assistance.  Thanks Robin
