PNC - second lien HELOC contact? Anyone - Need help. about to lose buyer
My PNC primary has verbally approved but is waiting for the PNC secondary before they issue written approval. The file has been in with PNC well over two months and they havent even LOOKED at it yet. when we call we get "the negotiator has 200 files and we just don't have time!!!!" Meanwhile, the buyer is about to walk. Anyone have ANY decent contacts for the HELOC dept or second lien dept?
The people I have are not working.
I need help.

Brian, Have you had any luck with getting them to waive the deficiency with Fannie being the 1st lender who requires no deficiency? I am working with William as well, just received the approval yesterday and we are trying to get them to waive this deficiency but we are having no luck getting him to answer his phone now so just curious if you have seen him come through on your transactions? thanks
