ocwen and hudzu

Have a Short Sale and OCWEN wants to make it a Hudzu and cut us out and cut seller out of his HAFA incentive?   how do we get out of this?

How do you know the loan qualifies for HAFA?

we received docs from the hafa program outlining the terms and conditions and that we were in and there will be more stuff to fill out as we go....a whole package was sent prior to this set of docs being sent
