Leia,

     I've completed easy over a hundred short sales with Ocwen and they are one of my favorite services due to being able to just email escalation contacts to process transactions. Speak to a manger or email an escalation contact who isn't an outsourced representative from the short sale department. It should not be difficult to find out what amount they are looking to NET from the proceeds of the sale.

Hi Brett:

Thank you for the reply.  I represent the buyer.  The listing agent is doing the negotiation and tells me he's dealing with outsourced reps in India.  They won't tell him anything except they want more money.  I've sent him (listing agent) the escalation information I found here and asked to be added as a authorized rep for the seller.  What else should I do?
