Need Real TIme REsolution Escalation Manager number

Need a upper level contact for Real TIme....Usually I have no problems but this time they wont the pay out from the first and will not let us contribute for remaining...

Are you stating RTR won't allow contributions to show on the Est. HUD towards them and they hold 2nd position?
