Does anyone know a upper managements email I can escalate a matter with to save a home from foreclosure Monday? In short ocwen gave us a letter of acceptance Friday and needs funds by 10th in the letter of acceptance for title to company to meet their policy of a three day review of HUD. Had they followed all their policy I have been told we would not be where we are today and receive such a late acceptance. I ahve been through three different buyers and over a dozen addendums increasing price till we final met the investor net. Buyer needs till the 12th to move around funds for the buyer to wire. ocwen said verbally on a three way with title it is fine but will not provide a letter nor email stating this. Title companies legal team will not accept this as if Ocwen backs out last minute of deal and title closes title company must buy the home.

All I need is a letter from ocwen stating we have till the 12th to fund not 10th like I received verbally and we can close this. They will not supply nor postpone.

I think investor needs to be aware.
