Am Loan Originator & have been for 11 years. Used to be at wells too.  Need help-have personal modification to do.  Primary residence, SFR.  Wells first: $624,000 10/1 IO and property worth $550k.  Not elgible for HARP 2.  Investor BOA. 

WAnt to keep property-We have just missed our second payment due to two medical emergencies--$35k....  Wife lost job 1+ year ago and I have been the sole payor.  Any ideas on how to approach Wells.  What should I ask for regarding terms, etc...the and when?  Also, ideas...

HAd another property.  Wells Investment-just got the short sale through after quite somew time.
