Juan my guess is that the acceptance is buyer specific if it's a BofA Short sale. You may have an issue swapping out a buyer. You should call and see if they will let you do this. If not you may just have to start over.

Hi Juan - The counter might have a change on the HUD, check those fields carefully. I see your deal might be dead anyway, though.

What I do, I get the approval, match the new buyers offer as close to the counter offer as much as possible or at least have the bank net close to the same amount if not more and make sure you send in buyers proof of funds and increase the deposit amount to show strength.

Thanks Victor I just accepted the counter waiting on bank Response. Hope i get approval.
This Equator system is new to everybody i guess.

Thanks Wendy I did check the counter everything was the same. Just the closing Date was the only difference.
