HSBC Beneficial

Has anyone worked with HSBC Beneficial on a HAFA short sale? Were they very responsive & timely?

Are you sure they participate in HAFA? If I'm not mistaken I was informed when I had a short sale with them that they are not participating in HAFA, however in regular short sale they are very fast and good to work with.. I generally get approval within 2 weeks after submission of complete package.
