Looks like it might be to late, but does anybody have a contact or suggestion on how to postpone a foreclosure sale date?

Wells Fargo is first, BOA second w/ MI

second agreed to reduced payoff, MI will take cash payment.

Wells sale is scheduled for 9/22/11!

I have been working offers through equator system.

There is currently a cash offer in that has not yet been rejected or approved. (this is 4th offer, one was previously approved but lost buyer.  most recent denied due to purchasers intent to resell.)

All required paperwork submitted, BPO recently done.

I requested an extension of foreclosure sale, but was denied today because offer had not yet been accepted. 

Offer not accepted because extension not approved!

stuck in a circle of nobody willing to go forward and system not allowing me to upload an even better offer i have since recieved (which comes in higher than BPO)

help, who can I call?  is there a way to get a response in days, not weeks?
