How do I get my seller to obtain $5,000 with Wachovia...

Hello, 

 

I have heard the wonders of Wachovia, but amazingly I've never had one with them.  I have closed tons of short sales, but unfortunately none with WAchovia.

I am ready to list the property and I would like to know who to contact or to know if that is an standard process.

 

Any Help will be appreciated.  Thanks!

Eric, do you know if I can ask the Wachovia manager to take my Bank of America Short sales? hahahhaha.... But, like someone here said, WElls Fargo is buying all this pissed off customers, and at some point makes sense.

BTW, we are closing this file this week.  5K to seller, 6% comm and 3% to buyer!
