HELP, My client submitted an offer in December, it was a CASH offer for the BPO price of 330K, the other offer was 309K. The negotiator countered the other offer for 311K, WHAT THE ..... We need a supervisor to call and get this settled, we need them to replace buyers and get this right in the next 24 hours otherwise the other buyer is going to get the property. I AM SOOO MAD, please anyone a supervisor number????

Why is there more than one contract being considered by WF? They should have never had but one contract to look at. What's up?
I agree with everyone else. Do you actually have an executed contract? It sounds as if you are in back up position. How do you know the BPO price? How do you know the other contract price? You can't speak to a supervisor because you aren't authorized to. The seller usually authorizes the list agent or a 3rd party. We need a bit more info.
