HELP..Need GreenTree Escalation Contact(s)

Hello SS Superstars,

I am in desperate need for a Pres or VP or Exec Level in their Recovery Department that I have with GreenTree Servicing. My negotiator is rude and furthermore wants $25K in order to get their approval AND they are the 2nd lienholder. Anything you can do to help me will be MOST appreciated!

Pat,

         When a loan is charged off with Green Tree they typically want a higher release. What is the unpaid balance on their loan? Is it possible to get this deal into HAFA with the 1st? Escalation contacts are hard to come by at Green Tree and may only be able to assist so much. It really comes down to numbers and as Brian said " playing the game ".
