HAFA short sale delayed by US Bank/Freddie Mac indefinitely - help?

I've been working on this one for 379 days and am on my 5th set of buyers.  US Bank got it to go HAFA but the BPO came back too high so we disputed it.  Now its been stuck at Freddie Mac FOREVER.  HAFA deadlines be damned, they tell us they don't apply because we disputed the BPO value.  How do I get ahold of someone at Freddie Mac to push this file forward before we lose our 5th set of buyers?

I have had some luck with the email and calling Freddie Mac.
