Owners here.Trying to get the FHA Short Sale started with BOA but it got rejected twice after going to the SS department because the house is not owner occupied.

We moved out to buy a bigger/better house so no qualifying reasons for moving.

(Wife since then had to stop working for health reasons so this is our hardship.)

Any chance to get this SS go through or should we just try deed-in-lieu?

Any tips or is there anyone here with experience on this particular matter who can help?
