Hi Wendy,
thanks. Yes I'm aware of 1st and 2nd separate negotiations. The 3rd party FAX auth. #'s they gave are: 1stTD: 904-462-1926--this one is always busy. and: 866-220-4130. The 2nd TD auth FAX#: 866-282-5682.
Additioanlly, when the seller agreed to list the property I made sure he understood that the HELOC 2nd that he took out for personal use is a recourse loan in Calif. and that the lender will problably come after him for a deficiency on loss. If that happens he is going to file BK he told me. I told him to check with his CPA. A sharp tax person here that I use is telling me that I should have seller fill out an " insolvency work sheet form" and submit that to 2nd TD negotiator to try and convince them about releasing in full. ANY THOUGHTS on this.
Bryan.

Chase has more departments and numbers than any other servicer. Post, and I will add to the site. Remember, first and second Chase may have to be negotiated separately. Thank you, Bryan!
I have had great success with faxing package to 866-220-4130. Authority send to 877-383-1563. For the prescreening of your package before assignment to negotiator I use 866-233-5320. At that number they tell you to send package to the 866-220-4130 fax and they usually give you their direct extension number until the package is forwarded to negotiator. Hope this helps!
