Can you do a Short Sale on a property that has been sold ?

We have a property that was in foreclosure and was sold. I want to know if it is still possible to do a Short Sale?

It depends on if your State has a redemption period for foreclosures or not.

Depends on if you're still the Legal Owner of the Property.
