File was transferred from CALHFA Collections dept to a negotiator to negotiate the short sale. I have the contact info : ph and email to the negotiator, but they never call back or respond to emails. The worst part is that even the supervisor is not responding at all either. I also call the 800-669-1079  then #3 (first mtg only) then transferred to the first lien dept, i have been on hold 3 hrs for a loan counselor, no one ever picks up. For the past 2 wks, I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Sub lien dept will not help at all either. Does anyone know how to escalate the file and who to do it with. All parties have a 916-326-xxxx #???

Get a hold of a floor manager or request the supervisors peer. This is why processing a short sale can often be a full time job because at times you need to call in multiple times a day when things like this occur. Ensure that you have internal messages sent to the representatives and you continue to send emails and leave voice mails every 48 hours.
