Hello All - I am under a very tight timeline and was wondering if anyone had a completed BofA Value Dispute form they could send me?  I am clear that I need to pull Comps, however, as everyone is aware with BofA, the most thorough submitted documents to them the better for the client. 

I represent the seller and a new appraisal was done 12/22, which came back low, so BofA dropped the list price by $7100.  That is clearly not enough as Comps in that neighborhood closed for far less not to mention a BofA foreclosure is currently listed for almost $100k less than the list price I was given by them.

I really just need a fully completed sample so I can get this done ASAP.

Any help shown my way, will be greatly appreciated.
