BOA lender group twitter

How do I find the BOA lender Group twitter instructions? I am having trouble with BOA finding the loan that is connected to a lien on the title report.

Have you called in and tried using the borrowers social? Yes, also check if there is a MERS number on the title report. If so use the MERS look up system to potentially point you in the right direction to who is servicing the loan.
