ususbest and worse banks for short sales
i have just been having the worst time i have ever had in my 28 yr career i cannot type fast enough to tell you how bad bank of america is. if you really want to know
give me a call. i currently have two listing with boa as the lender this has been horrible
i recentl sent an e-mail to at least 15 negotiators i have been working with on 1 file,i asked every body was there anything they could do. they should shut this bank down. no one knows what they are doing.

Have you tried escalating this file and getting a case number? This should have been done awhile ago.....sorry. At this point, they know you're used to the abuse and doing nothing. Call the escalations dept and please tell them your nightmares and get this escalated. Hopefully, you'll get better service at this level. Hope this helps. I know short sales are frustrating...sometimes it feels like we are the ones signing up for punishment in becoming a realtor.

I like Bank of America....for the most part. If its not some private investor or FHA, its generally pretty fast and predictable. Not always...but most of the time.
I like GMAC myself. they are so very fast lately. And Provident...theres a lender that has it together. The worst...Out of your big guys - I would say Chase. I dont know where they went wrong, but theyre just a mess lately. Wells Fargo has had better days also. But PHH -now there is a horrific lender. I hope I never have to work with them again ever. What a miserable experience. And of course anything involving HAFA.
