Bank United

Anyone work with Bank United? Just got a call from neighbor/friend that has a trustee sale scheduled July 14th and has decided to do a short sale. I am confident I can get an offer on her property as we have lots of buyers not enough sellers in our area but not sure what I need to do to postpone sale. Can anyone give me some guidance and do I have a chance in getting this postponed before it's too late? Going on market July 5th..

Why are you waiting so long to put it on the market? Do it NOW. There are guidelines depending on who the investor is as to how many days BEFORE a trustee sale they will even look at an offer. At the very least you should call Bank United TODAY and ask that question before you and your client waste any time. Good luck. I have not had any experience w/Bank United so can't guide you w/them particularly.

I can't out of town on business flight attendant...also has 2nd with Litton..any chance?

Have the Home Owner call their bank and request a loan modification (if they haven't already) This should put the foreclosure on hold long enough to get an offer. This needs to be done TODAY
