Anyone Ever Work With Beneficial Before

I have a short sale with Beneficial as the 3rd lien holder. I need to escalate the file to and am in need of a upper managers name, ph number and email address. 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Beneficial is a member of HSBC. I have the person that does short sales at HSBC, Miss Ritz (P) 888-863-8469 x2526 (F)Fax: 716-823-0257. See if she will help or give you the proper contact info.

I've worked with them as a second lienholder last year and they actually were very fast and easy to work with. Things may have changed, but hopefully not. If Bob's contact doesn't help, post up so we know.

Did you work a HAFA short sale with them as a second? I realize that they say that they don't participate in HAFA but may accept the HAFA conditions such as $6k payment and no deficiency. What was your experience?

Hi Rita,

They accepted $6K on the HAFA I was doing with BOA.. They initially want $11K, but they accept the $6K once I provide them the approval from BoA.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have the same situation with them and I was a little concerned. Hopefully they will do the same with us. I just provided the approval letter from the 1st.
