Anybody dealing with Ocwen?

 

I just received an offer to purchase on a property financed by Ocwen. I know they negotiate from India.

any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I just got off a 50 minutes hold with INDIA trying to get my final approval.  It is very frustrating.  They are difficult to understand and things take twice as long as most banks as we have found it necessary to send the same documents over and over.  I too recommend faxing them and emailing them to the negotiator when they give you that hrd email address.  They all have email addresses that begin with hrd then their number at Ocwen.com.  Pretty much the nightmare of banks to work with in my opinion!
