Congrats Jeff.  I'm still waiting to hear on mine.  So ditto to Kristin's question.  How long did it take?  How long for approval/counter and then how much longer to close?  I have a cash buyer who wants to close ASAP!

Contract date was 1/24/11

First mortgage approved on 2/23/11

Second mortgage approved on 2/17/11

We had a cash sale and closed within a few weeks of approval
