HI
I thought i was posting on Ocwen group but it never posted so i am asking here for some assistance on this boa/fha.
BOA negotiator never answers direct requests to set up a conference call. I have not had issues in the past with an equator negotiator. Any suggestions?
I had an boa advocate but he stated there is nothing he could do to help arrange connection with negotiator. he did give me their superior but i have not had success in superiors on equator responding.
I need time to work out what was requested on the ATP.
Originally when i had a contract on this property earlier in the year ATP never discussed what was owed on the 2nd. I thought that if BOA/FHA received their net then we were fine.
On the 2nd contract now, HOA and Ocwen 2nd need further negotiations. Is there a department at Ocwen, separate from the short sale department, that can authorize a payoff fee?
Btw, HOA appears to be sympathetic and willing to negotiate additional fees. They are in 3rd position.
Any helpful suggestions, much appreciated.

We have an ATP so title work was done in the beginning and submitted on a HUD/Settlement statement in order to get us an ATP.
This is an excellent suggestion to use the incentive but we can't use it unfortunately. The incentive to the seller is for owner occupants. This seller had to move for work so the property is not owner occupied.
Do you have the link or contact information for HUD?
thank you.
The HOA may need to be paid by the buyer or from the seller's incentive. Is there a problem with the second receiving 6% of the UPB?
