I am dealing with Residential Credit Solutions out of Ft Worth, TX. took them a little over average time and some "arm wrestling" to approve the short sale. We received the approval letter on September 5, 2013 and they are giving us to September 26, 2103 to close, The buyer is deceased and the executor of the estate left for vacation on September 6, 2013 and not returning until Oct 7, 2013 She signed all documents prior to leaving but did not signed the and notarize the Grant Deed. RCS says they do not give extensions and if we do not close by the approval date then they close the file and want us to resubmit the package Ridiculous! Has anyone who has dealt with RCS ever gotten an approval extension?

Ron I appreciate that but that's not the answer I am looking for I need to know if anyone has gotten an approval extension or not
More explanation... the seller/executor is on an international cruise. The executor does not absorb the urgency and will not detour their vacation for this issue. I will explore reaching out to higher management there. Also I am very familiar with Aames. I am also a former employee of Ameriquest
