Ive only been dealing with them for a month and they are about to wear both me and the realtor out. Every time she calls they want something new. After two weeks they send the contract back for I don't know what. The third week they want me the buyer of the property to sign a arms length then produce 2 months pay stubs, 2 years w2s? Then they said they need my current address phone number and place of work. Is this normal I mean why all these questions about me? Are these stall tactics?

Listing Agent made a mistake here...do not send your financial information,nothing to do if you are the buyer.

 

Just wanted to let everyone know that Ocwen approved  the short sale today. As with everything there is a catch. They gave me 30 days to close which I could close in 10 days most likely. Problem is Ocwen is  2nd on the loan and Greentree is the primary. Realtor called Greentree today and they said they hadnt heard anything about a short sale and to call back in 2 weeks! Yeah I have to close in 30 days and the short sale has not even been received by the primary lien holder. Come on lol

They demand a close date on or before 5/5/13 (Ocwen)

Well, congratulations, I guess.  Sounds like this is that agent's first time to this rodeo.  Don't sweat it.  Ocwen will give you an extension, or two, as long as you are not close to a foreclosure sale date.  Just be sure the agent knows that she can ask for an extension, but it has to be done 5 days before the closing deadline and it must be accompanied by an addendum with the new closing date you want and a HUD to match.  Good luck!
