Hi, I am getting just a little bit confused as CHASE who is the 2nd lienholder on a property has put the property into Equator. I also have Wells Fargo as the 1st lienholder in Equator. Do you think this is a mistake on the part of Chase? I think it's great and wish I could put EVERYTHING in Equator, but have never seen this and it is just a little bit confusing.

Chase is now using EQ for their files and its not out of the norm for a servicer who is using EQ to place their files there..
You will let the second know that they are in second position and send them proof through your uploading docs in EQ so they will understand they are in second place and work them both at the same time..
