Looks like I lost one to the giant. They bought it back for a little bit higher than the offer. Buyer went to auction and lost to Fannie!
Sorry. With Fannie, no surprise. I saw a Fannie short sale here, approved at $289K, sale fell thru, 2 weeks later Fannie at foreclosure auction bids it up, and takes it back at $303K. They had it sold for $302,900, no RE commission, no closing costs.....Go figure.
