How does Wells handle divorce. The wife got the house in the divorce 2 years ago. The payments are current, but it is too much house for her. What are her options? thank you!

Wells has had that requirement for some time now, not just for HUD loans.
thanks Alisa..............yeah I did finally see that on page 2 of the PFS. Okay works for me. sheesh....................you know............my sellers typically don't make their payments so this was a first for me.
HUD's Preforeclosure sale guidelines state the seller has to be 31+ days late on day of closing. Make the closing date October 3rd, and you should be good to go.
OKAY WOW.....................Got an Approval to Participate from HUD approving my clients to sell their home as short sale. We then get accepted an offer that meets the sales price, net and time lines. I get the sales contract review form today and it says rejected: offer can not be reviewed at this time as the account is currently not 31+ days delinquent. I immeidately emailed back letting them know that nowhere in the ATP does it state this verbiage. Would contacting HUD be my next step. This deal closes 9/14 and my seller made their Aug 1st pymt. I never tell my seller to stop making payments so this shouldn't be the issue but it is. Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone experienced a Wells Fargo 1st mortgage (not ASC, but Wells Fargo) cutting commissions recently? I know it used to be a policy that they would cut to 4% sometimes if the buying & listing agent were the same. I'm curious if this is still happening when the buying and listing agent is the same. Thanks!
