Anyone have any experience getting pnc to change approvals from non-HAFA to HAFA?

I have a HAFA approval on the first with onewest and PNC will not grant a HAFA approval. I have tried offering to pay the additional monies outside of escrow and they will not allow the seller to have the relocation funds. Ideas?

NO! PNC does not participate in HAFA. HAFA is a choice.
