My team lists REO properties for BOA using the equator system. We are scored on all of our transactions based on timeliness of completing tasks, among other things. The score cards are sent to us every quarter and we consistently score 95-98%

The higher the score the higher # of REO that get assigned to us. I also know of a couple of agents in my county that are notoriously known for being bad REO agent. Not submitting offers in a timely manner, not communicating with buyers agents, Occupancy status not being completed in a timely manner, task being overdue etc. and BOA has stopped using them because they score so low on their scorecards. i know that the Asset Managers are scored as well.

I wonder if they are doing anything similar on the short sale end to weed out the bad negotiators, the ones who never answer your emails, and you have to constantly escalate issues because the tasks are not being completed. So far it doesn't look like it to me.

Has anyone heard anything or have any inside info on this?

Not sure about that. They do have a cust. service survey that you can take after you call in to the SS support to rate the level of service for that particular rep. As far as negotiators go, not so sure.
