Freeport NY - Need a CDPE Level Competent Attorney for HUD prep and Closing - for Short Sale

I am facilitating a HAFA or COOP or Traditional Short Sale with Chase for a property in Freeport NY. I need the recommendation from a local Short Sale Super Star or CDPE Agent for a Local Attorney who can prepare the prelim HUDs and do the closing after we receive the approval letter.
