Chase at it again NO EXTENSION to Close - Help

What is happening:

Chase  closing agent is saying "NO EXTENSION" recieved offer approval on 2/09/12

Chase says mustto close on the Feb. 28th - all cash deal any ideas before I escalate.

Rick, I don't mean to sound insensitive, but why can't an all cash buyer close by the 28th?  What timeline did your P&S give.  Cash buyers can usually close very quickly.

You are correct...ALL CASH = 20 day coe which is the norm. But in this case the cash may be tied up for a few extra days. Need an extra week...of time.
