Hi,
My seller is under contract on his home with NationStar as the servicer. I got everything uploaded same day on Equator as tasks come in. Got an offer within 3 weeks of an amount comps support. Submitted it all within a day on Equator.
I have been in Verify Offer since 1/4. In the past (with different lenders) this has moved quickly to a BPO. I called NationStar last week to confirm there are no hiccups as no one has contacted me and status has not changed. They just told me it was normal and Freddie Mac was backed up and to rely on Equator for updates.
I am confused. I thought the servicer ordered the BPO upon review of the package, and it didn't go for investor review until after BPO came back. Wrong?
It's been 16 days now. Is this normal or have I just gotten lucky before?
Thanks!

Each servicer does things their own way ... Also, although many use Equator, they all use it differently. BofA is the best in using the full functionality of Equator.
Best,
